At Punos Private Home Care LLC, we believe care should never feel like a checklist. It should feel personal.
We are a non-medical home care agency that supports individuals in the comfort of their own homes while respecting their individuality, routines, choices, and dignity.
Before care begins, we partner with licensed Registered Nurses on a contract basis to complete initial assessments and help develop appropriate non-medical care plans. Our caregivers then provide compassionate support with personal care, daily living, companionship, and other approved non-medical services.
We believe the little things matter. A familiar routine, a patient conversation, a preference remembered, or simply taking the time to listen can make a meaningful difference.
Our goal is simple: to help every person feel seen, heard, respected, and valued.

Nnenna Punos -CEO
Nnenna Punos is the founder of Punos Private Home Care LLC, created from a deeply personal belief that caring for someone is about more than helping them get through the day. It is also about making sure they continue to feel valued, respected, heard, and seen.
Having cared for her own relatives as well as others, Nnenna understands the importance of showing up when someone needs support. She has learned that sometimes the smallest things matter most—a patient conversation, remembering someone's routine, noticing when something feels different, or simply being present.
Those experiences shaped the heart behind Punos.
Nnenna founded Punos Private Home Care LLC to provide families with compassionate, dependable non-medical care while honoring each person’s individuality, choices, routines, dignity, and independence.
Her vision is simple: to create care that feels personal—care where people are never treated as a task or checklist, but as individuals with a story, preferences, and a life that matters.
